Please note:
- The property does the cleaning after check-out.

- Payment before arrival via Credit Card is required. Initial 50% payment upon booking and the remaining 50% must be paid 15 days before check-in. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
- Reservations received less than 15 days before check-in must be totally paid (100%) after the reservation is made.
- Please note that once 100% of the amount has been paid and there are less than 15 days until check-in, no refund will be made.
- Guests must sign the property T&Crental contract prior to check in.
- The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation.
- Any damages or loss to the property caused by guest, including smoking outside designated areas or the breach of any of the rules, will incure a charge that will be shared and agreed on during the check-in of 400€. Damages will be charged the debitcredit card, or use the security deposit provided at the time of booking or the check-in.

Any breach of house rules or damage to the property may result in the use of deposit money for its repair, as stipulated in the contract with the property.
