A)What you will find and which you will NOT find in accommodation
A.1 Towels and bed linen
a) For stays of a week or less (7 nights), beds are made and one shower towel and one hand towel per guest. We left no extra bed linen or towels.
(b) For stays up to 2 weeks (14 nights), beds and 2 shower towels and 2 hand towels per guest are made. We dont leave any extra bedding.
(c) For stays of 15 nights or more, beds are made + 2 shower towels and 2 hand towels per guest + extra bed linen.
(d) For stays of 15 nights or more, the apartment will be cleaned every 7 days from the day of check-in. The cost of each cleaning (€40) will be requested from the guest after the service has been completed.
(e) If you think youre going to need more towels or sheets, please request in advance. Remember: €5 for each extraof towels: €10 for eachof extra sheets or blankets. If requested after check-in, please note that it will be € 10 more for the delivery service.

A.2. Household cleaning and food items we leave basic courtesy items (some rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, some bags of garbage ...) so that you have the minimum until you can arrange to buy the items you need for your stay. With regard to food, due to the health crisis, we avoid leaving food products open and belonging to other guests. You may find some sugar, some oil, some tea... but under no circumstances do we ensure you can find a variety of products. We reject, for obvious reasons of hygiene, everything that could have been manipulated by previous users. Remember, please, youre not in a hotel.

B) Breaks and damages
The cost of losing or deteriorating the following items of the dwelling shall be as follows:

12)Breakageloss of auxiliary lamps in bedrooms andor living room: €50 per piece
13)Breakageloss of sofa: full deposit
14) Breakloss of carpet or curtains: €250
15)Breakloss of bed linen or bathroom linen: €30 per piece.
16) Wine stains, grease, etc. on sofa, curtains, carpets: €80 per stained piece.

C)Prohibited activities and other issues to takeaccount.

• Check in: from 4:00 p.m. – Check out: until 12:00 a.m.
• Check in at night (from 10:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) has a supplement of €20.

D) Accommodation conditions upon check out
• The house must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order.
•dishes must be clean and collected. You cannot leave dirty dishes.
• The kitchen must be free of open food on the countertops or refrigerators. You can only leave food that is reusable (sugar, salt, oil, teas, etc.)half-eaten or waste food must be thrown in the trash.
• It is necessary to take out the trash. It cannot be left in the apartment.
• Soiled bedding should be left folded on the bed.
• Dirty towels should be left folded on the toilet.
• Air conditioningheating should be left off
IMPORTANT: If we receive the apartment in inadequate conditions, we will proceed to request an additional €50, without prejudice to the amounts indicated above in the event of breakages or losses.

E) Traveling with children under 12 years of age
• Parents must be responsible attimes for the behavior of their children, avoiding breakage of furniture and belongings.
• Any breakagedamage must be reported and the replacement cost of the breakage or damage must be paid.
• Avoid feeding children on sofas, armchairs or chairs with fabric upholstery.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
